We require a $50 Deposit. The remaining balance is due the day of the event before we set the inflatable up.  For Events less than $500, we accept cash as a form of payment. Just note if Cash will be used to pay please have the exact change as the drivers do not carry change.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Of course! We take great pride in providing a safe and clean environment for your little ones to play in. After every rental, we thoroughly clean each unit with the highest quality vinyl cleaners and disinfectants. Additionally, we carefully inspect each unit to ensure it meets our standards of cleanliness. Our top priority is the well-being and enjoyment of your children, and we are committed to providing the best possible experience for them.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

“Hey there lawn lover! Worried about your bouncy party wrecking your yard? Fret not! You won’t be saying goodbye to your grassy green anytime soon. Unless, of course, you forget to water them, but let’s not get into that. Renting a bounce house for a few hours won’t hurt your turf much. Your lawn might take a nap with some flat spots, but it’s nothing some loving care won’t solve. It’s as easy as taking a stroll! If you’re still not convinced, try setting up your bouncy party on concrete or artificial grass, like a second option. Bottom line: Don’t let your worries take the bounce off your party! Let’s get bouncy!”

Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they will deflate. That is why we require an outlet within 50-100′ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own required heavy-duty cords. Please shut off blowers overnight and inflate the following morning. Inflatables MUST remain inflated during rain. The only time to deflate an inflatable is during HIGH wind.

Our inflatable are powered by a fully enclosed electric blower unit, which operates using a standard 110-volt, 20-amp, three-prong electrical outlet. Each blower typically draws between 9 to 15 amps (1,000 to 1,800 watts), and larger units may utilize multiple blowers. It’s essential to have electricity available within 100 feet of the inflatable, as these motors run continuously to maintain inflation. In cases where adequate outlets or power sources are unavailable, a generator can be utilized to power the units.

During an event, if the wind exceeds 15 mph or there is any question of safety DEFLATE THE INFLATABLE.

The built-in cover will keep off light rain, so a brief shower won’t spoil the fun, but please take care to keep the inside dry to prevent slipping. If the rain gets heavier, you will need to stop play until it stops raining. Make sure you dry the inside thoroughly before participants start play again.

No stairs, incline or decline present. The larger inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds. There needs to be at least a 4′ pathway required. Make sure the inflatable will fit in the desired setup area on a smooth grassy, pavement, or dirt surface (not muddy). Check website for dimensions.

No. You as the customer will need to provide a regular 50′-100′ garden/water hose from your water source to the inflatable.

No. It can be impossible to clean off the vinyl and or may cause damage.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
