BOOKING & PAYMENT

This form is a booking request. Your reservation is confirmed after BISON verifies availability and booking details. A $10 deposit counts toward your total. We will email you a payment link the day before your event, when the remaining balance is due. If paying by check, pay on event day before setup or the service begins.

CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES

Cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed event start time for a full refund, including the deposit. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the event, before setup or the service begins, only the $10 deposit is retained. Request a date change at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to an available date confirmed by BISON. Later requests follow the cancellation policy.

WEATHER & EVENT CHANGES

Please review the forecast and contact us before your event if your plans change. Customer cancellations follow the deadlines above. If BISON cancels because of weather before setup or the service begins, all payments are refunded. Once setup or the service begins, customer cancellation, later weather changes, early shutdown or reduced use do not qualify for a refund, credit or reschedule, subject to the applicable terms of your booking.
