Space: Provide a level setup area clear of sticks, rocks, debris, animal waste, and other hazards, with a clear delivery route. Tell us about the surface and any underground utilities or irrigation before setup.
Power: Each blower needs its own dedicated 120-volt, 60-Hz, 20-amp circuit with a grounded, GFCI-protected outlet, normally within 50 feet. Two outlets on one circuit do not count as two circuits. See the power requirements below.
Water rentals: Provide an accessible water source. We supply a hose up to 50 feet long; arrange additional hose in advance if needed. Please tell us if your water is supplied by a well.
Supervision: A responsible adult must supervise equipment throughout use and follow the unit’s posted operating limits.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Of course! We take great pride in providing a safe and clean environment for your little ones to play in. After every rental, we thoroughly clean each unit with the highest quality vinyl cleaners and disinfectants. Additionally, we carefully inspect each unit to ensure it meets our standards of cleanliness. Our top priority is the well-being and enjoyment of your children, and we are committed to providing the best possible experience for them.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Only equipment specifically designed for wet use may be used with water. Never add water to a dry-only bounce house. We can help you choose a suitable water slide or wet-use combo. For water rentals, we provide a hose up to 50 feet long. If the water source is farther away, arrange additional hose before your event.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Inflatables can flatten or discolor the grass underneath them. If left in the same spot for more than 24 hours, the grass may begin to yellow or die. Damage can occur sooner depending on weather and lawn conditions.
For multi-day rentals, contact us before booking to discuss the setup location and suitable alternatives.
Cancel 24 hours or more before the event start time on your confirmed reservation for a full refund, including the $10 deposit. For customer cancellations less than 24 hours before the event, but before setup begins, we retain only the $10 deposit and refund any other payments.
If BISON cancels for forecast rain or unsafe weather before setup, we refund all payments. Once setup begins, there is no refund for cancellation, weather changes, early shutdown, or reduced use, except for the specific failed-setup rule below. Please decide whether to proceed before setup begins.
For a date change requested at least 24 hours before your confirmed event start time, we transfer the $10 deposit to an available new date confirmed by BISON. If no suitable date is available, you may cancel under the cancellation policy. Less than 24 hours before the event, the deposit is not transferable and cancellation terms apply.
If our team arrives but cannot set up due to unmet customer requirements for space, access, approved surface, power, required water supply, or site permission, you are responsible for 50% of the total rental charge. Your deposit counts toward that amount. Any excess paid is refunded and any unpaid portion remains due. This rule applies even if setup started; it does not apply to our weather cancellation or problems caused by BISON or its equipment.
Read our full Policies.
Occupancy, weight, height, and other limits vary by model. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the limits posted on the specific inflatable; there is no single limit for all bounce houses, slides, or obstacle courses. Do not exceed the posted number or size of participants. A responsible adult must supervise at all times, with at least one operator per unit unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise.
The blower must run while the inflatable is in use. If power is lost or the unit begins losing pressure, have all riders exit immediately and contact us. Never switch off a blower while riders remain inside.
When rain or other unsafe weather begins, first stop play and have all riders exit, then safely switch off and disconnect power and let the inflatable deflate. Do not touch wet plugs or electrical equipment. Contact us if you cannot disconnect safely, and obtain restart instructions before resuming use.
For an agreed overnight rental, secure and deflate the equipment when not in use, cover it, and store the blowers indoors as instructed.
Each blower requires its own dedicated 120-volt, 60-Hz, 20-amp circuit with a grounded, GFCI-protected outlet, normally within 50 feet. Two outlets on the same circuit do not count as two separate circuits. No other equipment may share a blower’s circuit. The number of circuits depends on the equipment selected.
We provide setup cords up to 50 feet. You may supply outdoor-rated, grounded, undamaged 10- or 12-AWG extension cords only after approval by our setup team. Cord length and use must comply with the specific blower manufacturer’s instructions. Contact us in advance for power sources beyond 50 feet or generator arrangements. Do not add or change cords or connections after setup without our approval.
Monitor the forecast before your event and decide whether to proceed before setup begins. Customer cancellations follow our cancellation policy. BISON may cancel before setup for forecast rain or unsafe conditions and refund all payments.
During use, if rain begins, sustained winds or gusts exceed 15 mph, lightning or thunderstorms occur, or conditions otherwise become unsafe, immediately stop play and have all riders exit. Then safely switch off and disconnect power and allow the inflatable to deflate. Do not handle wet plugs or equipment. Stay clear and contact us if safe disconnection is not possible. Do not restart until conditions are safe and we provide restart instructions.
Stop play as soon as rain begins. Have all riders exit before safely switching off and disconnecting power and allowing the inflatable to deflate. Do not touch wet plugs, connections, or electrical equipment or enter standing water to reach them. Contact us if you cannot disconnect power safely.
Do not resume use until conditions are safe and BISON has provided restart instructions. Once setup begins, rain, weather changes, early shutdown, or reduced use do not qualify for a refund, credit, or reschedule.

Yes. For water rentals, BISON provides a water hose up to 50 feet long. Please provide an accessible water source and let us know if it is supplied by a well. If more than 50 feet of hose is needed, arrange additional hose before your event.
No. It can be impossible to clean off the vinyl and or may cause damage.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
We will contact you soon!
