WEATHER POLICY

Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable, and safety is our top priority.

If wind speed or gusts exceed 15 mph, we will not deliver or set up inflatables for safety reasons. In this case, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund (minus credit card processing fees).

If rain is forecasted, we will contact you before delivery to confirm how you would like to proceed. You may choose to reschedule or cancel according to our cancellation policy below.

Using a dry unit in rainy conditions may result in a $50 cleaning fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any time due to unsafe weather conditions.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund minus credit card processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable.

Once our team is en route, delivery has started, or setup is complete, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
